How do I place a custom order?

Please note we are not always open to custom requests due to lead-times and availability.
What is the return policy?
As all products are handmade one of one pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your purchase arrived damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
For custom requested pieces a suggested lead-time would have been given ahead of placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Please note Studio Mae is not responsible for any duties or custom charges.
What are the care instructions?
We recommend only wash your item if it really needs it. If your purchase does need a refresh, hand wash only with gentle soap in warm water. Leave to air dry with support inside keep the style's shape for longer.
For all Studio Mae pieces hand wash with care. Do not machine wash, do not tumble dry, do not bleach and do not dry clean.
